Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft may be available in the area, but availability can be limited due to the town’s small size. It's a good idea to plan ahead if you're relying on them.

Public transportation is not currently offered in Carrabelle, so having your own vehicle or rental car is highly recommended for a smooth and stress-free stay.

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):
● For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:
● Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
● A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
● No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival

3. We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.

4. If you are local and / or under the age of 25 please notify us before making your reservation

5. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card 2 days before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled. There will be no charges in the case that there is no:

• Damage to property, its contents or furnishings,
• Dirt, trash, or other mess requiring excessive cleaning,
• There is no negligent damage due to inclement weather. It is the Guest’s responsibility to secure items on premises in the case of inclement weather or outside conditions such as outdoor umbrellas, pool towels or any other item that may blow away or be damaged by high winds or other inclement weather.
• Any other costs incurred by your Host because of your stay.

6. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy

**If small events are allowed: We welcome small, calm gatherings such as baby showers, family birthdays, and similar events. However, all events must be pre-approved in advance. Please provide details, including the number of guests and duration, for consideration. Large parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive events are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for ensuring all attendees respect house rules. Unapproved events may result in cancellation of the reservation

8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
